ANZ eLearning Design: ANZ engaged us to deliver a number of product and service-related learning modules. They were keen to develop modules that were pedagogically-sound for online delivery. Working closely with the subject matter experts, we developed modules that delivered key learning objectives by including interactive conversational scenarios that led to different outcomes for the learner. This showed learners the consequences for their customer if they did not follow through approved processes. For product knowledge, our instructional designers made sure the content was broken down into sizeable learning chunks that only included content the staff needed to know to deliver maximum performance. To add further engagement and relevancy, our photographer took contextualised photos of staff and the environment learners work in.
