- SKYCITY eLearning design: We developed a customer service and product knowledge module for the gift shop. The goal was to increase the level of service provided to customers by matching suitable products to their needs. We went on-site to take authentic photos for use within the module. This enhanced the overall look and feel and helped contextualise the learning. Additionally, narration was recorded to add another dimension to the learner experience. To cover recruitment matters for the organisation, we worked with the recruitment team to develop a module for all departmental managers that highlighted the recruitment process, This module included a number of motion graphic animations that showed the relationship between each step.
